very good budget place, compact room. the staff is very nice, as well as owner. very central location, not too far from a protestant cathedral. hotel is nearby a tram station.

The bathrooms are too small.

I liked always pleasant staff and modern interior. Modest room with amazing bed. A wonderful beach, incredible view. There was stylish al fresco restaurant with fine meals.
